This role serves as a key link between Cultivation, Production, Retail, and Compliance, ensuring consistent execution, data integrity, and readiness for growth as we scale.

This role combines platform administration with low-code application development and extends into AI-driven automation and insights. The Digital Workplace Solutions Engineer will partner with business and technology teams to streamline processes, enable intelligent automation, and deliver secure, high-performing systems that drive collaboration, productivity and data-driven decision-making.

The Refrigerant Critical Systems Specialist serves as the subject matter expert for all refrigerant-based critical systems. This role involves developing standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and commissioning protocols, while also providing direct on site support. The Specialist ensures the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of refrigeration systems essential to cultivation, processing, and laboratory environments and collaborates with various teams to drive system reliability.

The Logistics and Warehouse Optimization Specialist will drive operational efficiency, enhance inventory and order accuracy, and optimize the process flow from finished goods through distribution to retail partners. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional leaders and site teams to ensure seamless execution of CPG inventory and distribution operations, programs, and processes. Additionally, the Specialist proactively identifies and implements continuous improvement opportunities across warehouse and logistics operations.
