The Role:
- Provides project management support to the corporate Extraction & Formulation team.
- Focuses on root cause analysis and process improvement opportunities.
- Serves as a key partner for cross-functional teams on CPG operations implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Extraction & Formulation processes.
- Support project coordination of continuous improvement projects and new capabilities.
- Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with business partners.
- Assist in developing and delivering training programs for CPG teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or coordinator role.
- Experience in CPG, cannabis, or other highly regulated industries preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean practices and continuous improvement methodology preferred.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actions.
- Ability to build constructive relationships with diverse business partners.
- Highly professional, ethical, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
