About the Role:
- Support execution of Nutrafol's product innovation pipeline, focusing on topicals and cross-functional coordination.
- Own day-to-day project management from concept to commercialization, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage timelines, critical paths, and stage-gate execution for topicals projects.
- Track resourcing, communicate progress, and maintain a single source of truth.
- Use PM tools and AI-enabled systems to improve transparency and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 3–5+ years of project/program management experience.
- Experience in CPG, beauty, wellness, or healthcare product development.
- Working knowledge of PM tools and interest in AI/automation.
