Independently manage master timelines for NPD portfolio, including new formulas, renovations, and displays, from concept through regulatory clearance, packaging, testing, and production handoff.
Serve as day-to-day cross-functional partner, keeping Product Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Packaging, Procurement, and Operations aligned on scope and timing.
Run Product Council cadence, monitoring vendor and lab milestones, and tracking risks and dependencies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field; 5-7 years project management in product development within skincare, cosmetics, or CPG.
Real understanding of OTC product development, including FDA monograph requirements and testing/documentation timelines.
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in Asana and Excel/Sheets.
