About You:
- 5+ years of experience managing complex programs, projects, or operations.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proactive problem solver who can bring structure to ambiguity.
About This Role:
- The Operations Program Manager will be the organizational force behind Google’s Economic & Community Development team.
- You’ll bring structure to complex programs, coordinate across teams, and make sure the right people have the right information.
- A big part of the role will be keeping everyone moving in the same direction day to day.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Our budget for this role is $110K-$130K, depending on experience.
