Project Manager, Management & Operations

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of central-level projects and Core-funded initiatives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project management tools, workplans, schedules, budgets, monitoring mechanisms, and reporting processes.
• Establish and promote best practices, standardized approaches, tools, and systems that improve project execution and operational consistency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; project management certification strongly preferred.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience applying project management principles, including 2 years of management experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, systems, and software.

Benefits:

• Base salary: $90,000–$110,000 USD annually.
