Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale, cross-departmental projects and integrated communications campaigns, serving as primary liaison with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Review new project requests and develop all facets of project plans including priority, roles, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee the portfolio of active communications projects, maintain dashboards, and escalate issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years related experience; PMP certification and Agile/Scrum experience preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Experience with project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, and Airtable; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
