What You Will Do:
- Support Program Manager and leadership to plan, track, and manage projects that align with business needs.
- Directly or indirectly lead cross-functional teams to execute project tasks, including managing timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
- Consult with project sponsors, review proposals, and determine goals, time frames, funding, and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of progressive project experience and 3+ years leading projects or teams.
- Proficiency with MS Project, MS Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a matrix management organization and travel up to 10%.
