THE ROLE:
- You will oversee project scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of large-scale campaigns.
- You will coordinate with Client Service, Strategy, Creative, and Production teams.
- You will help codify and implement processes for optimization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Track hours and budgets against SOW and internal systems.
- Map out project planning, including phases, milestones, and resource needs.
- Facilitate communication between all departments and escalate issues as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5-7 years of project management in a marketing/creative agency setting.
- Expert at managing complex, multi-phase campaigns with budgets over $2M.
- Proficient with Google Suite and project management software like Asana or Salesforce.
