About the role:
- Manage large multi-faceted projects and accounts within a pharmaceutical advertising agency
- Coordinate with all agency teams to establish effective project and staffing plans
- Ensure projects remain on time and on budget, flagging concerns early
What you'll do:
- Act as communication hub between agency teams and partners
- Develop timelines, manage resources, and provide process improvements
- Maintain high attention to detail and foster positive relationships
About you:
- Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of pharma agency project management experience
- Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions required
- Self-motivated, professional, and comfortable working under tight deadlines
