Responsibilities:
- Own assigned internal projects and programs from intake through close-out, ensuring efficient progress.
- Translate operational initiatives into structured project plans using Monday.com, including phases, tasks, owners, dependencies, and milestones.
- Identify and communicate risks, blockers, and dependencies early, escalating when necessary.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience managing projects or programs in structured environments.
- Demonstrated experience building project plans, sequencing dependencies, and driving execution.
- Hands-on experience with Monday.com and strong Microsoft 365 expertise.
Benefits:
- Annual salary of $85,000–$97,000.
