About the Role:
- The Head of Operations runs concurrent workstreams including systems initiatives, cross-functional projects, and day-to-day operations.
- This is a hands-on project and program management role, not strategy or governance.
What You'll Own:
- Take ownership of assigned internal projects from intake to close-out, using Monday.com to define phases, tasks, and dependencies.
- Support the Head of Operations with meeting prep, recaps, and maintain organized workspaces.
- Cross-functional coordination and process documentation, leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
Who You Are:
- Required: 5+ years of project or program management in a professional services or grant-funded environment.
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Monday.com skills, and experience with AI tools like Claude and Copilot.
