About the Role:
- You will build Convergent's programmatic operating infrastructure from scratch.
- You will own applicant and selection operations across multiple programs.
- You will define metrics and build dashboards for leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and continuously improve workflows, systems, documentation, and operating rhythms.
- Manage complex cross-functional projects with clear plans, owners, and deadlines.
- Build institutional knowledge through playbooks, SOPs, and templates.
What You Bring:
- 4–8 years of experience in startup operations or project management.
- Strong remote collaboration skills and familiarity with tools like Notion, Asana, or Coda.
- A builder's mindset with a data-driven approach and attention to detail.
