  • Own end-to-end US and UK payroll, benefits, retirement, and HRIS systems to keep Convergent and its FROs running smoothly.
  • Build payroll controls, compliance calendars, and process documentation that make systems safer and easier to scale.
  • Support new FRO launches and wind-downs with hands-on people operations expertise and cross-functional partnership.
