Senior People Ops Manager - Payroll & Systems

Payroll & Benefits:

• Own US and UK payroll end to end, ensuring accurate and timely pay with strong controls.
• Administer benefits, 401(k)/pension, leave, and workers' compensation across multiple jurisdictions.
• Build documentation and audit trails so payroll can run safely even in your absence.

Systems & Compliance:

• Own HRIS architecture, integrations, data integrity, and reporting.
• Partner with the Head of People to write and maintain compliant policies across the US, UK, and EOR-covered countries.
• Manage vendor relationships and system improvements with clear risks, costs, and priorities.

Launch & Wind-Down:

• Stand up people infrastructure for new FROs, including payroll, benefits, policies, and workspaces.
• Manage operational wind-downs—final pay, benefits termination, and records retention—responsibly.
• Coordinate immigration and compensation processes while supporting FRO employees and leaders.
