Process and tools:
- Map how payroll runs today in each market, identifying manual or duplicated effort.
- Align global payroll standards, system controls, and RACIs while respecting local statutory requirements.
- Define how payroll requests, changes, and issues are received and resolved.
Reconciliation and support:
- Own the design and delivery of an internal tool reconciling payroll outputs against HRIS and the general ledger.
- Automate data ingestion and build exception reporting so teams focus on discrepancies.
- Support HRIS-to-payroll data flows and coordinate testing of legislative and system updates.
Background and team:
- Fluent in English and French with 3+ years in HRIS, payroll operations, or payroll accounting.
- Experience with multi-country payroll, general ledger reconciliation, and provider data flows.
