About the Role:
- Support payroll operations and integration across portfolio companies.
- Coordinate payroll implementations and provider transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, validate, and reconcile employee and payroll data.
- Review payroll inputs and outputs for accuracy.
- Support new hires, terminations, and compensation changes.
Compliance and Controls:
- Maintain payroll calendars, checklists, and audit-ready records.
- Support tax registrations, statutory reporting, and year-end activities.
- Reconcile payroll deductions with benefits and HR records.
Systems and Process Improvement:
- Document processes and develop standard procedures.
- Support system configuration, testing, and data cleanup.
- Identify and automate manual work.
