Payroll Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and processing payroll cycles for Canada (ADP), US (Surepayroll), and India.
• Collect, validate, and input payroll-related data including new hires, terminations, salary changes, timesheets, and expense reports.
• Support compliance with local and federal payroll regulations and assist with year-end summaries and tax filings.

HRIS Implementation:

• Support the Payroll Master and HR team with data collection, validation, testing, and documentation for the payroll module.
• Help identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies between HRIS and payroll systems.
• Contribute to documentation of new payroll processes and workflows.

Coordination and Employee Support:

• Work closely with HR to ensure employee records are accurate and up to date.
• Respond to routine employee payroll inquiries and escalate complex questions.
• Assist with preparation of payroll communications to employees.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes across jurisdictions.
• Take on increasing responsibilities under mentorship of the Payroll Master.
