Role Overview:
- Own day-to-day US payroll operations, including processing bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls.
- Lead maintenance and governance of US employee payroll data within HRIS and payroll systems.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience, preferably supporting US payroll from a global or shared services environment.
- Demonstrated experience with US payroll regulations, taxes, and compliance; multi-state experience a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $65,000-$75,000 annually, plus annual discretionary performance bonus.
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
