Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle U.S. payroll processing through Rippling, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Handle multi-state payroll, contractor payments, EOR coordination, and year-end W-2/1099 processing
- Serve as primary point of contact for employee payroll questions and independently resolve discrepancies.
Requirements:
n- 5+ years of payroll experience including at least 3 years of direct U.S. payroll administration.
- H hands-on experience with Rippling and multi-state payroll.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and exceptional attention to detail.
