- Own scheduled and off-cycle payroll runs in Rippling for 1,000+ W-2 employees across multiple states.
- Perform pre- and post-payroll reviews, variance analysis, and funding validation.
- Manage federal, state, and local payroll-tax accounts and oversee filings.
Reconciliations & Audits:
- Lead recurring insurance and 401(k) reconciliations, matching carrier invoices and deductions.
- Coordinate annual workers' compensation premium audits and resolve findings.
- Lead quarter-end and year-end activities including Forms 941, 940, and W-2/W-3.
Systems, AI & Automation:
- Serve as Finni's Rippling system owner for configurations, permissions, and internal controls.
- Build the payroll knowledge base and standard operating procedures.
- Design agentic AI workflows to answer routine payroll questions and automate recurring tasks.
