People Operations Manager

HRIS & PEO Management:

• Serve as primary Rippling administrator, owning configuration, workflows, and data integrity.
• Manage PEO relationship, including employee data accuracy and vendor escalations.
• Lead evaluation and execution of future system migrations.

Payroll, Benefits & Leave Administration:

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing across multiple entities, including complex transactions.
• Act as subject matter expert on California wage and hour law.
• Administer benefits and manage all leave of absence programs end-to-end.

HR Operations & Compliance:

• Own core People Operations workflows and build SOPs and process guides.
• Maintain HR compliance across employee lifecycle: I-9s, multi-state obligations, record-keeping.
• Monitor changes to California and federal employment law.

Data & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate employee records and build recurring People metrics.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for management decisions.
