About the Role:
- This remote position reports to the Senior Director of People and oversees day-to-day People Operations functions.
- You will serve as a trusted partner to leaders and employees, building scalable HR processes.
What You'll Do:
- Manage HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and recruiting.
- Administer benefits, compliance, compensation, and HR programs.
What We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with multi-state employment law knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
