Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary People contact, responding to employee and manager questions on policies, benefits, and day-to-day matters.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and HRIS updates with accuracy.
- Partner with leadership on employee relations, performance concerns, and documentation.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HR experience, with strong knowledge of employee lifecycle and operations.
- Demonstrated ability to handle employee relations and advise managers independently.
- Experience working as the primary People contact in a small company environment.
