HR Generalist (6-Month Contract)

Role Overview:

• The People Operations team manages the employee experience from hire to beyond.
• This contractor role covers an extended leave and supports HR and payroll administration.
• The role requires operating in a fast-paced environment and serving as a trusted resource.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run end-to-end onboarding for US employees and global contractors.
• Manage employee records, HRIS data, and Rippling workflow builds.
• Support payroll processing, audits, benefits administration, and offboarding.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of HR Generalist or People Operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with Rippling and BambooHR is strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills needed.
