People Operations Coordinator (6 month Fixed Term Contract)

About the Role:

• We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to help deliver an exceptional employee experience across the entire team member lifecycle.
• As a key member of the People Team, you will serve as a primary point of contact for employee support.
• You will manage People Operations processes and help build scalable systems, documentation, and workflows.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in People Operations, HR, Employee Services, or Recruiting Operations.
• Experience supporting employees or candidates in a customer-facing support environment.
• Strong attention to detail and experience managing employee data with accuracy.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with HR compliance, records management, and audit support.
• Interest in using AI, automation, and technology to improve operational efficiency.
