• Administer employee changes in People systems.
• Manage the offboarding process for Monzonauts.
• Support compilation of monthly payroll and pay queries.

Auditing & Controls:

• Carry out audit checks within core processes.
• Conduct data audits for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform ad hoc audits of critical documentation.

Process Design & Improvement:

• Design scalable workflows for People Operations.
• Support system migrations and identify automation opportunities.
• Improve documentation for all people processes.
