Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable people operations workflows, SOPs, and SLAs across the employee lifecycle.
  • Manage operational compliance for processes like background checks, right-to-work verification, and required U.S. reporting.
  • Ensure audit readiness and adherence to employment regulations.

Technology & Systems:

  • Own the strategy for the People technology stack, including implementing a modern HRIS and AI-powered service desk.
  • Manage and optimize current HR tools like Greenhouse, BambooHR, and other systems.
  • Handle system governance, integrations, access management, and data quality.

Data & Analytics:

  • Build the foundation for People data collection, governance, and reporting.
  • Develop dashboards to provide insights into workforce trends, hiring, retention, and compensation.
  • Partner with Finance and Data teams to integrate People data into company-wide analytics.

Cross-functional Partnership:

  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and leadership teams to support business growth.
  • Support strategic planning for headcount growth, operational scaling, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure People systems and programs align with company objectives.
