Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable people operations workflows, SOPs, and SLAs across the employee lifecycle.
- Manage operational compliance for processes like background checks, right-to-work verification, and required U.S. reporting.
- Ensure audit readiness and adherence to employment regulations.
Technology & Systems:
- Own the strategy for the People technology stack, including implementing a modern HRIS and AI-powered service desk.
- Manage and optimize current HR tools like Greenhouse, BambooHR, and other systems.
- Handle system governance, integrations, access management, and data quality.
Data & Analytics:
- Build the foundation for People data collection, governance, and reporting.
- Develop dashboards to provide insights into workforce trends, hiring, retention, and compensation.
- Partner with Finance and Data teams to integrate People data into company-wide analytics.
Cross-functional Partnership:
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and leadership teams to support business growth.
- Support strategic planning for headcount growth, operational scaling, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure People systems and programs align with company objectives.
