The Director of People Systems & Analytics will oversee strategy related to people technology and data analytics defining and developing the organization’s people systems and analytics strategy, translating HR data into actionable insights, promoting self-service environments, and developing reports and dashboards that visually display the performance of the organization’s people goals.
