About the Role:
- This leadership role offers the opportunity to build and scale the operational foundation of a growing People function.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the operating infrastructure behind the People function, creating scalable systems, processes, and insights.
- Build accountability frameworks, manage policies, and develop employee lifecycle systems.
- Lead workforce planning, analytics, technology strategy, and cross-functional alignment.
