- You will own HR Operations for North America, managing the employee lifecycle, systems, and compliance.
- You will improve workflows, policies, and introduce AI and automation to scale the function.
- You will manage and develop junior team members and lead strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR Operations for North America, including employee changes, leaves, separations, and compliance.
- Own and improve core HR systems and workflows with a focus on scale and usability.
- Partner with People Team, Finance, Legal, and IT to improve cross-functional processes.
