About the Role:
- As a People Operations Specialist II, you will be a key member of the People Operations team supporting employees across the full lifecycle.
- You will partner with other People team members to execute people actions and support employees in a hyper-growth environment.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a member of the People Ops team, actioning requests via Workday and Zendesk.
- Support HR compliance by managing statutory reporting like EEO-1 and CA PDR.
- Contribute to knowledge management using internal AI and productivity tools.
- Participate in UATs for projects and enhancements.
Who You Are:
- You have 5+ years in an HR/People team for a fast-growing, global company.
- You have 2+ years supporting HR/Workforce Compliance actions.
- You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent and operational knowledge of Workday HRIS.
