People Operations Generalist

Accountabilities:

• Own and support end-to-end HR operations processes ensuring seamless employee experience.
• Execute onboarding experiences including pre-hire setup, orientation coordination, and system assignments.
• Manage Workday business processes such as job changes, data updates, and organizational changes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in HR generalist or HR operations roles.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle, and employment compliance.
