Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline support for employee and manager inquiries on People programs and Workday transactions.
- Perform audits, data loads, and testing to ensure data integrity across HR systems.
- Partner with HRIS, Payroll, and Benefits teams to resolve system and process issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of People Operations experience with 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
