Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline support for employee and manager inquiries on People programs and Workday transactions.
  • Perform audits, data loads, and testing to ensure data integrity across HR systems.
  • Partner with HRIS, Payroll, and Benefits teams to resolve system and process issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of People Operations experience with 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
