About the Role:
- Lead HR operations as the execution partner for Clinical workforce.
- Own Workday business processes, onboarding, compliance training, and HR support channels.
What You'll Do:
- Execute a seamless new hire experience and manage pre-hire tasks.
- Ensure accurate Workday business process execution and offboarding coordination.
- Serve as a trusted HR resource and maintain knowledge bases for proactive support.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years HR generalist experience.
- Experience with Workday and federal/state employment laws.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
