People Operations Specialist

About the Role:

• The People Operations Specialist reports to the Manager, People Operations and Onboarding and serves as a critical partner in delivering seamless HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
• This is a hands-on, people-first role for someone who thrives on solving problems, keeping things organized, and supporting the employee journey.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support People-related processes and execute critical transactions in tools such as Workday, Ashby, Lattice, and Zendesk — spanning new hire onboarding, employee transfers, job and data changes, compensation adjustments, and offboarding.
• Manage internal records and documentation, performing regular audits to maintain data accuracy, integrity, completeness, and compliance.
• Deliver employee support by managing and responding to employee inquiries submitted through Zendesk, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

• Prior experience supporting immigration and visa processes (e.g., H-1B, OPT, PERM).
• Experience managing contractor or vendor onboarding workflows and background in a high-growth or tech environment.
