Primary Responsibilities:
- Own and continuously improve People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Manage new hire onboarding, employee changes, leave coordination, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR trackers, workflows, and SOPs.
Qualifications Required:
- 6+ years of experience in People Operations or HR administration.
- Experience supporting remote and multi-state workforces.
- Strong understanding of U.S. employment compliance and leave processes.
Preferred Experience:
- 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience in startups or regulated environments.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR.
- Familiarity with HRIS, CPEO, and performance management systems.
