Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own and continuously improve People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Manage new hire onboarding, employee changes, leave coordination, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR trackers, workflows, and SOPs.

Qualifications Required:

  • 6+ years of experience in People Operations or HR administration.
  • Experience supporting remote and multi-state workforces.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. employment compliance and leave processes.

Preferred Experience:

  • 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience in startups or regulated environments.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, CPEO, and performance management systems.
