THE OPPORTUNITY:
- The People team is building the infrastructure that streamlines every talent decision.
- We are hiring an expert operator to architect processes and make the employee experience seamless.
- You will start with the customer problem, map how work flows, and redesign it for speed and clarity.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Architect and document the employee lifecycle end to end.
- Find where the People team loses time and redesign the work.
- Own our HRIS as primary system administrator and automate manual tasks.
THE SKILLSET:
- 4 to 8 years in People Operations or HR Operations.
- Hands-on HRIS administration (Rippling preferred).
- Process design with an automation mindset.
90 DAYS AT FLOCK:
- First 30 days: Find where we lose time and baseline metrics.
- By 60 days: Turn top opportunities into designed solutions and implement.
- By 90 days: Top efficiencies live and adopted, with a forward roadmap.
