The Senior Program Specialist will play a key role in driving impact within a small team. Responsibilities include running the day to day operations of tem academy, and owning the Notion based academy workspace and onboarding for every new joiner. The specialist will also work with various teams to turn feedback and signals into updated learning journeys and improvements.
Design and execute technical enablement programs that increase the productivity and confidence of post-sales teams by deepening their product, solution, and architectural fluency. Translate complex product capabilities into scalable learning experiences and assets that empower customer-facing teams to articulate value and solve customer challenges effectively. Continuously analyze and improve field performance through data-driven insights.
Partner with leaders and managers across the company on key personnel decisions and challenges, from designing automation to conducting exit conversations and coaching managers. Conduct quarterly departmental audits to identify strategic improvements. Own and execute initiatives with team-wide or organizational-wide impact, such as system implementations. Notice and constantly solve problems of all kinds, connecting the dots and taking ownership.
