Lead the transformation of our People function through scalable, automated, and AI-enabled processes at a high-growth software company. Drive operational excellence, compliance, and employee experience across a global workforce. Design and continuously improve People Ops processes across the entire employee lifecycle.

Architect and optimize every touchpoint of the employee lifecycle, ensuring a high-performance culture that scales. You will also own workplace operations, beginning with our San Francisco HQ and expanding into additional domestic and global locations. You’re someone who brings both systems-level thinking and deep empathy, equally at home rolling out scalable AI-powered HR systems as you are designing inclusive, people-first workplace strategies.
