As the Senior People Partner for G&A functions, you’ll play a strategic role in shaping the teams that underpin Samsara's continued global growth. You will be a trusted advisor, proactively partnering with senior leaders across Finance, Legal, People Operations, and other critical G&A teams. This role is a remote position open to candidates residing in Canada.

In partnership with the VP of Global Talent Development, People & Culture colleagues and the business, you will co-create and implement a global talent development strategy that aligns with business priorities and workforce needs. You will support the evolution of performance management, manager capabilities and leadership enablement frameworks, equipping leaders with practical tools and skills.

As a Senior Manager, People Business Partner (PBP), you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, driving the development of talent strategies, optimizing organizational effectiveness, and enhancing overall people performance. This role requires deep expertise in talent management, organizational design, and change leadership.

As the Senior People Partner for R&D, you’ll be a strategic force behind how we design and scale high-performing, fast-moving teams across our Product, Platform, and AI engineering organizations, driving innovation through org design and fostering an elite engineering and product culture.
