Design, develop, and maintain both front-end user interfaces using React and back-end services and APIs using Golang. Implement and integrate RESTful APIs for communication between front-end and back-end systems. Design, develop, and maintain database solutions, often with technologies like PostgreSQL or other relevant databases.

In this role, you will define the vision and roadmap for your product area, create product requirements, use cases, and user stories, and partner with other members of the product team to deliver a cohesive experience to our Members. You will also collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to develop and execute a high-velocity roadmap that delivers meaningful outcomes.

Communicate and follow-up with plan members to ensure understanding of the program while delivering exceptional customer service. Facilitate patients successfully through the surgery review process, exceeding expectations while meeting the program metrics. Efficiently and effectively manage a case load across a variety of clients and surgical categories. Collaborate with providers, clinics and facilities, and various levels of management to effectively resolve issues.

Lead day-to-day accounting operations, support month-end close, help scale our financial infrastructure, and ensure compliance with GAAP. Be a key partner in building out scalable processes that support the company’s growth and evolving business model. Assist in managing the monthly, quarterly and annual financial close activities.
