The Director of Consultant Relations will serve as a feedback loop and liaison between the consultant community and Transcarent, and as such, will partner closely with our Sales, Client Success and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have an established network and relationships with the broker community today with a track record of success in bringing those relationships to fruition. Consultants and brokers play a critical role in our market and their knowledge of Transcarent is critical to our success.

Transcarent’s AI and WayFinding team is building our next-generation products, including the WayFinding Care Assistant and AI platform. As a Technical Program Manager, you will connect the dots between product, engineering, and implementation ensuring features and integrations ship on time, at quality, and with clear communication across stakeholders. This role is critical in enabling our teams to execute with clarity and precision.
