Leadership Training:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies and learning roadmaps aligned to organizational goals.
  • Lead the design and development of instructional materials, including curricula, e-learning modules, workshops grounded in adult learning principles.
  • Facilitate high‑quality training sessions and leadership development programs for diverse audiences.

OCM:

  • Develop and execute OCM strategies appropriate to each client’s environment.
  • Lead and execute various OCM activities and work in collaboration with other OCM/project team members to execute various OCM activities to help impacted parties embrace and adopt change.
  • Provide frequent, clear, and consistent communication to the client, interested/involved/impacted parties, vendors, and OCM/project team members.

SGPG Team:

  • Support business development efforts by helping scope training‑related engagements, contributing to proposals, and sharing learning and development subject‑matter expertise.
  • Contribute to growth of our business through thought leadership, such as writing training‑focused content, presenting at conferences, and/or participating in client development meetings.
