Organizational Learning Needs:

  • Identify and assess future and current organizational learning needs.
  • Gather input from key organizational stakeholders.
  • Provide recommendations and creative solutions based upon findings.

Culture and Learning:

  • Align Culture and Learning by integrating the principles of psychological safety and inclusion.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to emerging leaders, in partnership with HR Business Partners.
  • Collaborate across the People/HR team to promote and build workplace optimization.

Learning Programs:

  • Research, effectively design, develop, and continuously refine customized training content.
  • Facilitate learning programs, courses, and workshops, across the National Office and Chapters.
  • Evaluate existing learning solutions for efficiency and effectiveness.
