Organizational Learning Needs:
- Identify and assess future and current organizational learning needs.
- Gather input from key organizational stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations and creative solutions based upon findings.
Culture and Learning:
- Align Culture and Learning by integrating the principles of psychological safety and inclusion.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to emerging leaders, in partnership with HR Business Partners.
- Collaborate across the People/HR team to promote and build workplace optimization.
Learning Programs:
- Research, effectively design, develop, and continuously refine customized training content.
- Facilitate learning programs, courses, and workshops, across the National Office and Chapters.
- Evaluate existing learning solutions for efficiency and effectiveness.
