Offer guidance to other markets that are participating in the resident recruitment program. Collaborate with leadership to establish and refine program strategies to track progress on all recruitment efforts of the program.

This role will report to the Talent Acquisition lead. Lead the entire hiring process from intake to offer, including job intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Build deep understanding of GTM functions (Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success) to craft targeted sourcing strategies and evaluate candidates’ domain fit.
