International SOS is looking for qualified individuals to be the Chief for the Educational Services Facilitators for The Navy Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP.) This person shall have oversight of provided Educational Services Facilitator’s programs and services world-wide, preparing service and family members to anticipate, understand and cope with the demands associated with the Navy lifestyle. This Functional Chief will work with Service leadership in planning a mix of programs tailored to the needs of the Service and which target different audiences to include single, married, parents and children, wartime and peacetime, directing service productivity standards.
