The Provider Recruitment Associate will support Privia Health's growth by assisting the Provider Recruitment team with recruitment logistics, aiming for successful placement of physician and advanced practitioner candidates within care center practices. This includes developing a working knowledge of the practice model and communities, profiling requisitions, and managing sourcing activities in the applicant tracking system.
