Director of People Operations

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• This role requires strategic thinking and operational depth across the full employee lifecycle.
• You'll shape the people agenda, execute it through a lean team, and drive continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

• Directly manage the People Ops Manager and HRBP team, ensuring high-quality output and development.
• Own the execution of the people roadmap, performance cycles, and talent development programs.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex employee relations and cross-functional representation.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 8-12 years in People/HR with direct experience managing HRBPs and broad functional depth.
• A strong operator who gets energy from making a team perform and driving execution through others.
• Active AI tool user who can raise the ceiling on what a lean people function can produce.
