Who You Are:
- Experienced People leader with 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years leading a team.
- Proven track record scaling people functions through significant headcount growth in fast-paced environments.
- Operator mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, building systems, and driving initiatives independently.
