• Own the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including HRIS, payroll coordination, and ATS.
• Drive full-cycle recruiting, employer brand, and candidate experience to attract top talent.
• Build performance management systems, compensation philosophy, and<｜begin▁of▁sentence｜># benefits across the US and international entities.

Who You Are:

• Experienced People leader with 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years leading a team.
• Proven track record scaling people functions through significant headcount growth in fast-paced environments.
• Operator mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, building systems, and driving initiatives independently.
