Key responsibilities:

  • Build and execute a recruiting strategy supporting significant growth while maintaining talent density.
  • Improve hiring manager effectiveness, candidate experience, and recruiting operations.
  • Partner with executives on workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development.
  • Evolve performance management and talent development programs.
  • Leverage automation and AI-enabled workflows to improve operations.
  • Develop metrics and reporting for hiring performance and organizational health.

What you bring:

  • 8+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, people operations, or people leadership.
  • Experience building and scaling teams in high-growth tech companies.
  • Strong recruiting experience, particularly within technical organizations.
  • Experience partnering with executives on talent and organizational decisions.
  • Adaptability, operational mindset, and AI curiosity.
