What You'll Do:
- Own the end-to-end technical delivery of the 2026 Annual Performance Review process in Workday.
- Be singularly accountable for Workday configuration, workflow integrity, and system readiness.
- Partner with HRBPs, Compensation, and cross-functional stakeholders to align on build and testing.
About You:
- You have strong hands-on experience configuring and administering Workday.
- You are able to translate policy and business requirements into practical system design.
- You are proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
