Accountabilities:
- Serve as a functional and technical Workday expert, supporting internal teams and implementation partners.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and recommend effective HR technology solutions.
- Resolve complex HRIS issues by applying analytical thinking and creative approaches.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Learning, Recruiting, and Time Tracking.
- Proven experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, testing, and system optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify process improvements.
Benefits:
- Hourly compensation range of $40.00-$55.00, depending on experience and location.
- Remote work opportunity for U.S.-based candidates with Eastern Time Zone hours preferred.
