Job Summary:
- The HRIS Analyst drives the hands-on maintenance and optimization of HR systems, with a special focus on the Workday platform.
- This role bridges technology and operations by participating in system configurations, data conversions, and testing new functionalities.
Job Expectations:
- Manage the HR Systems Servicedesk ticket queue and triage incoming tickets.
- Provide prompt support for team members by researching and resolving system issues.
- Design, build, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Required: discretion, proactive curiosity, and comfort with continuous learning.
- Technical: Excel knowledge (Vlookup, pivot tables) and Workday configuration across multiple SKUs.
- Experience: minimum 2 years hands-on Workday experience in functional areas.
